What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Provide subject matter expertise, consultation, and resources to improve coordination across early childhood care and education systems
– Coordinate with various partners to enhance collaboration and address challenges affecting Head Start children and families
– Aggregate and analyze regional data to identify coordination issues among early childhood systems
– Participate in regional-level meetings with early childhood systems partners as directed by the Regional Office
– Provide direct technical assistance to Head Start/Early Head Start grantees as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Minimum of a BA or BS from an accredited university in a relevant field
– At least five years of experience, including three years of technical assistance and consultation to early childhood development systems
– One year of experience facilitating successful collaborations within early childhood systems
– One year of experience in data analysis and helping programs make data-driven decisions
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Master’s Degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
– Knowledge of Head Start performance standards and relevant regulations
– Experience with early care and education policies and regulations at the state or national level
– Familiarity with data and management system software such as Smartsheet and Tableau
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
