• Masters degree in Special Education
• Current Iowa SPED certification
• At least 2 years of experience with special needs students
• Experience with virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection (No Chromebooks/tablets)
