The Opportunity…
We’re currently seeking passionate individuals to join us as remote adjunct faculty members, offering opportunities in all US states except California. As part of our General Education team, you’ll specifically teach in the area of Humanities. Our online faculty play a crucial role in providing high-quality academic experiences, supporting students as they pursue their educational goals. You’ll collaborate within a supportive academic environment, working closely with student advising and the academic team to ensure every student receives the necessary support, tools, and resources to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Maintain regular communication with students, academic advisors, and team leads to ensure student success.
Foster an engaging and innovative classroom environment.
Provide timely and substantive feedback to students and ensure quick turnaround on grades.
What We’re Looking For
A Master’s degree in Humanities, Culture Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, Liberal Arts, or Comparative Studies from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two years’ experience teaching similar content at the high school level or above, or experience facilitating related content training in a group setting.
Experience working with diverse student groups from various backgrounds and educational experiences.
Demonstrated academic or professional expertise in Humanities content.

Compensation
The standard compensation for courses is $2,200 per 8-week undergraduate course. Undergraduate adjuncts are paid bi-weekly and are considered W-2 employees.
