Since our inception in 2020, we have rapidly expanded our offerings beyond just math to include ELA, sciences, languages, test prep, computer science, and business math, in addition to core math subjects.
We are looking for tutors who are passionate about teaching and ready to cover a broad range of Math topics from 6th Grade through College level.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally and promptly with students, clients, and team members
Assess and understand each student’s current knowledge and needs
Create and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to individual students
Provide clear, engaging, and effective instruction to enhance learning
Monitor and support student progress with constructive feedback
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure student success
Manage your tutoring schedule to meet student needs
Foster a positive and productive learning environment
Requirements:
Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles
Professional communication skills with clients and team members
Proficiency with online tutoring tools and technology
Ability to engage and connect with students on a personal level
Motivational and inspiring approach to encourage lifelong learning
Patience and empathy towards student challenges
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of professional tutoring experience, with at least 1 year online
Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones
A quiet, professional environment for conducting sessions
U.S.-based bank account and valid SSN
Strong expertise in the subject areas you will be teaching
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with 70% of hours during peak times (Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 11pm Eastern)
