Duties:

– Utilize library services and educational resources to enrich the curriculum
– Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment
– Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns
– Prepare students for standardized testing and assessments
Experience:
– Previous experience in mentoring, tutoring, or teaching elementary school students
– Proficiency in early childhood education principles and practices
– Familiarity with childcare and behavior management techniques
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
