Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive instruction in core subjects (reading, writing, math, science, and social studies) to elementary school students in a virtual format.
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons tailored to individual learning styles.
Foster a positive and inclusive online classroom environment that encourages active student participation and learning.
Utilize a variety of online teaching tools and platforms to enhance the virtual learning experience.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with parents and school administration to support each students academic journey.
Adapt to flexible scheduling to accommodate students in different time zones.
Qualifications:
Valid state teaching credentials for elementary education.
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching elementary school students.
At least 2 years of experience teaching in an online format.
Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to teach effectively in a virtual environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 500 Mbps).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with modern online teaching tools and technology.
Ability to create a dynamic and supportive virtual classroom.
Experience with differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
