Duties:
• Design flexible lesson plans tailored for learners of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create engaging, interactive activities to foster student learning and growth.
• Evaluate language skills and provide personalized feedback to effectively track progress.
• Apply diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Conduct interactive 1:1 online sessions (25, 15, and 7 minutes each).
• Utilize advanced digital tools to enhance the educational experience.
• Maintain consistent reliability, dependability, and punctuality in all responsibilities.
• Follow established rules and protocols.
• Ensure timely submission of all tasks.
Experience:
• Prior experience in teaching ESL.
• Knowledgeable about effective ESL teaching strategies.
• Proficient in using online teaching platforms and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Adept… at managing classrooms and students effectively.
• Proven leadership skills in delivering lessons.
• Experienced in teaching lower-level ESL students with intuitive methods.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university REQUIRED.
• Must be a citizen of the US, Canada, or the UK. (Applications from other countries will not be considered.)
• Must have a landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not acceptable).
• English must be your FIRST Language.
• Working headset with a microphone (No Earbuds).
• Passport or Driver’s License for identification purposes.
• Clean and professional background and workspace setup.
• Display a professional demeanor and attire.
• Teaching experience, including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or related roles, is preferred but not required.
• Teaching certificates and ESL credentials are desired but not mandatory.
Work Hours:
• AM Shift: 07:00-11:00 AM KST (18:00-22:00 PM EST) – Depending on availability
• PM Shift: 19:00-23:00 PM KST (06:00-10:00 AM EST) – Preferred and Priority
• *KST=Korean Standard Hours
• -Applicants must commit to working a minimum of 4-hour block shifts for 5 days per week (M-F)
