VocoVision is looking for a Montana-based K-12 Special Education Teacher to plan, organize, and deliver tailored instructional programs in a virtual setting, helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Duties…
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student.
• Continuously evaluate student progress and provide recommendations for curriculum modifications and necessary accommodations.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and caregivers, updating them on student progress.
• Collaborate with educational teams by participating in IEP meetings.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have a valid Special Education Teaching License in Montana.
• A Montana Special Education Teaching Certification is also required.
• At least 2 years of experience working within a school setting.
• All necessary clearances to work in public or charter schools must be secured.
• Experience in early childhood education is a plus.
• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week.
• This position is for the 2023-2024 school year.
Student Caseload:
• The role will involve managing a caseload of 20-25 students.
