Job Overview:
We are currently seeking part-time teachers to join our team for upcoming high school math classes. Classes are scheduled on weekdays with various shifts available.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver live and asynchronous online course content.
Provide instruction and personalized support to meet students’ individual learning needs.
Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to help students achieve academic goals.
Prepare for live sessions using appropriate technology and materials.
Maintain communication procedures and adhere to grading timelines.
Offer constructive feedback and maintain accurate student documentation.
Uphold virtual classroom rules and ensure a conducive learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with Mentor Teachers and Academic Managers.
Adhere to policies and ethical guidelines.
May teach in a Catholic faith-based program, respecting religious beliefs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited US university.
State teaching certification preferred.
Minimum one year of online teaching experience preferred.
Specific qualifications for teaching Catholic religion classes if applicable.
Flexibility to teach early morning or late evening classes.
Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
Compensation:
Approximately $20 per hour.
