We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cover a range of mathematical topics, including but not limited to algebra, geometry, calculus, and differential equations.
• Educate students on mathematical theories and principles while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize learning technology to create interactive classroom experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues in education administration to enhance curriculum development and teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements in mathematics education.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education with a focus on mathematics; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level, preferably in a private school setting.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology and genetics is a plus for interdisciplinary teaching opportunities.
• Familiarity with research laboratory techniques related to cell biology is advantageous for integrating real-world applications into the curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success through innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to adapt lessons based on student needs and feedback while maintaining high academic standards.
