About Us
We are a leading accredited online language school, dedicated to providing exceptional language education. We are looking for enthusiastic Korean Language Instructors to teach high school and middle school students in a virtual setting. Our students, aged 12 to 18, are primarily learning Korean to meet their high school World Language requirements. We offer a range of Korean courses… from Middle School and High School Levels 1-6+, as well as conversational and test/prep courses.
Our innovative curriculum is guided by ACTFL Can-Do Statements and focuses on real-world communication. We do not use traditional textbooks; instead, our lessons are crafted based on authentic communication contexts. While we provide a Resource Library, instructors are encouraged to develop and utilize their own teaching materials. Our teaching approach is Project-Based Learning, and we do not assess students through quizzes, tests, or exams.

Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one online lessons using Microsoft Teams.
Assign and evaluate homework assignments and projects.
Monitor and track students’ progress and grades.
Engage students actively and support their success.
Show genuine respect and encouragement to all students.
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience teaching Korean, either online or in a school setting.
Native-like proficiency in Korean.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Availability during US time zones (PST), with evening availability preferred.
Job Type: Contract
We are an equal-opportunity employer and do not sponsor US work visas. Teachers are provided with either an international contract for those residing outside of the US or a US-based contract for those with legal work permission in the US. Hourly rates are based on teaching experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.
