Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive group and private lessons to students of various age groups.
• Collaborate closely with the Education Director to develop a structured curriculum that aligns with individual student learning goals.
• Utilize provided materials and incorporate additional resources to create dynamic and effective lessons.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their language learning objectives.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels.
Skills:
• Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of cultural differences to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using online teaching platforms, digital tools, and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess student needs and adapt teaching strategies to address challenges.
• Creativity: Develop innovative and engaging lesson plans that make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Empathy and Patience: Provide a supportive learning environment by being attentive to student needs and progress.
• Time Management: Efficiently balance multiple tasks and responsibilities in a remote work setting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred), English, Arabic, Spanish, French, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in an online or virtual setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of all ages.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently.
• A deep passion for language education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Reliable laptop or computer with access to a stable high-speed internet connection.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings.
