We are a premier, accredited online language school seeking enthusiastic Spanish Language Instructors to teach high school and middle school Spanish courses online. Our students, aged 12 to 18, are typically fulfilling their high school World Language requirement. We offer a range of courses, including Middle School and High School Levels 1-6+, conversational Spanish, and test/prep courses.
Our… curriculum is designed to be engaging and effective without relying on traditional textbooks. Instead, we use Can-Do Statements and real-world communication contexts to guide our lessons. Our syllabi are crafted to thrive in a textbook-free environment. We provide a Resource Library for support, but instructors are encouraged to develop and use their own teaching materials. Embracing Project-Based Learning, we focus on practical application rather than quizzes, tests, or exams.

Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one online lessons using Microsoft Teams.
Assign and review homework assignments and projects.
Track grades and monitor student progress.
Foster student engagement and support student success.
Show genuine respect and understanding towards all students.
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience teaching Spanish, either online or in a school setting.
Native-like proficiency in Spanish.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office.
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
Availability in US time zones (PST) with evening availability preferred.
