• Patient, flexible, and long-term.
• Ability to take supervision and correction constructively.
• Be a self-starter.
• Must be okay with a variety of house tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to keeping things in order and organized.
• Demonstrate self-initiative and competence in communication.
• Maintain a growth mindset toward children.
• Facilitate problem-solving.
• Collaborate effectively with parents with house organization and tasks.
JOB DETAILS
A dynamic family with children needs an experienced and proactive nanny who can be an extra hand around the house with the children. This collaborative role involves sharing responsibilities related to tasks such as homework assistance, meal preparation, and bedtime routines, and other if needed be. It is a busy household. It is very crucial to work with someone who can take initiative and has leadership. The parents are looking to work with a nanny who wants to work long-term.
Location: Paradise Valley AZ
Schedule: Monday – Thursday & Weekends at 4-9pm. (Long-term)
Hourly rate: $20 an hour
