Looking for someone that has experience with 8th grade-high school math (up to Calculus and Trigonometry). The tutor must also be reliable, energetic, organized, creative and enthusiastic about making learning fun.
Bachelor’s degree and teaching/tutoring experience required. This is part time work and must be able to commit to at least 2 hours weekly until the end of the school year (typically… school breaks are off).
We are a boutique tutoring company looking to hire tutors that specialize in private tutoring with children ranging from PreK-12th grade Manhattan and surrounding boroughs. We are always looking to hire more, but need to fill this one immediately.
More Specific Responsibilities:
– Although homework is first priority, you will be required to develop personalized tutoring activities and lessons based on students’ needs and learning styles.
– Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods and engage students effectively.
– Provide feedback with weekly updates.
