The Product Owner, Math Supplementals, will play a critical role in defining supplemental products that support the effective implementation of Amplify Desmos Math. Equally important, this role will foster a human-first mentality across teams.

Responsibilities of the Product Owner, Math Supplementals:
• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Basic Qualifications of the Product Owner, Math Supplementals:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in product development, particularly in digital education products
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications of the Product Owner, Math Supplementals:
• A background in K-12 Mathematics Education
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $50 – $55.
