Key Responsibilities
• Deliver customized instruction and support for students with varied learning requirements in a virtual environment.
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and related service providers to craft and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Assess and monitor student progression, modifying teaching strategies to meet distinct educational goals.
• Engage in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and relevant professional development activities as required.
• Leverage diverse digital tools and platforms to effectively engage students in online learning.
• Maintain comprehensive records of student performance and ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skills
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
• A valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
