Key Responsibilities:
• Design and adapt special education curriculum for online delivery
• Develop individualized digital learning materials for students with diverse needs
• Create and implement virtual IEPs and learning plans
• Provide online instruction and support to students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers on inclusive practices
• Conduct virtual assessments and progress monitoring
• Participate in professional development and team planning sessions
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Special Education or Curriculum Development
• Valid teaching license with special education endorsement
• 4+ years of experience in special education and curriculum design
• Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent creativity and innovation in developing online resources
• Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered learning
