Location: Minneapolis, MN (remote position, no residency required)
Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)
We are working with a school district in Minnesota who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct online evaluations and track educational progress
• Liaise with general education teachers, parents, and specialists
• Deliver specialized instruction through virtual platforms
• Maintain comprehensive educational records
• Attend online team meetings and pursue professional growth opportunities
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Active state licensure in Special Education (required)
• Expertise in digital learning tools and platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Talent for creating engaging online educational content
• Adaptability and innovative problem-solving skills
