Basic Overview:
· Organize and administer individualized and group educational plans and programs
· Provide ongoing and monthly evaluations of student’s progress and make recommendations addressing any areas of curriculum areas that may need improvement
· Develop and maintain a professional relationship with parents/guardians to inform them of their student’s progress.
· Collaborate with parents/guardians, administrators, and other school personnel to monitor and update on student’s progress
Education & Experience:
· Master’s degree required in Special Education
· Required valid Virginia Teaching Certificate
• ** Must have Early Childhood Certificate***
· 2 years of experience in a school setting (preferably remote school teaching work)
· Pass background check and other clearances if necessary
· 2024-2025 school year– MUST BE FULL TIME
