Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
• Provide direct instruction to students in a small-group or one-on-one setting, using a variety of teaching methods and accommodations to meet diverse learning needs.
• Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through formal and informal measures. Adjust instructional strategies and IEPs as needed based on assessment results.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, assessments, and IEP documentation. Prepare reports and participate in IEP meetings as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching license in Special Education.
