VocoVision is seeking an experienced, Connecticut-licensed Special Education Teacher for a full-time, virtual role to support students for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about helping students succeed and make a positive impact on their education.
Please note: You do not have to be located in Connecticut, but a valid special education license is required in both your state of residence and Connecticut.
Position Details:
• Job Type: Full-time (Contract)
• Grade Levels: K-12
• Work Environment: Virtual/Remote
• Compensation: $35-$38 per hour (includes both direct and indirect services)
• Annual Equivalent: Approx. $60k-$65k based on a 10-month school year
Key Qualifications:
• Valid special education certification in Connecticut
• Experience supporting students with ASD and behavioral challenges
• Orton-Gillingham certification preferred
• Passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives
