In this role, you’ll step in to support our teachers and advisors as needed, with most assignments spanning 3-5 days…
What You’ll Do
As a Substitute Teacher, you will:
Respond to student emails within 24 hours
Enroll students into the appropriate learning programs
Address Staff Inquiries About Student Progress
Grade assignments in various learning programs within 48 hours
Approve student time
As a Substitute Advisor, You Will
Assign final grades
Respond to emails regarding navigation questions
Assist students in checking their progress
Connect students with teachers or other relevant staff members
What We’re Looking For
A current Ohio Substitute Teaching License or the ability to obtain one
Residence in Ohio
Experience in an educational or office setting
Proficiency with technology and access to high-speed internet at home
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Capability to work effectively from a home environment
Discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
