Assisting Teacher – Early Childhood Program
Hourly position at $20.00 per hour…
Beginning in late August 2024, the Assisting Teacher works under the direction of the Lead Teacher from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm daily. Preferred applicants will have completed or be in the process of obtaining a Waldorf early childhood teacher training certificate. While not a requirement, previous Waldorf teaching experience is a plus. Some of the personal qualities essential in this work include warmth, centeredness, a joyful disposition, and a healthy will to deepen the understanding of child development evident in the work taken up in the classroom and on our playground.
