Position Overview…
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create and implement engaging, creative activities based on our curriculum. You’ll help children reach developmental milestones, conduct observations, and support their learning, whether it’s through schoolwork or remote education. Your role will be essential in providing a safe, supportive environment for both children and their families. Regular supervision of activities and effective communication with children, parents, and team members are key aspects of this role.
Work Schedule
Our current positions offer hours from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Flexibility in your schedule is preferred, as shift times may vary based on enrollment needs. We are looking to hire 2-3 teachers for the upcoming school year.
Compensation
We offer competitive wages commensurate with education and experience in the field.
Qualifications
Experience working with children is preferred but not required
Background in early childhood education or related fields is a plus
Experience with curriculum and lesson planning
Ability to interact positively with parents, caretakers, and guardians
Familiarity with positive discipline techniques
Flexibility to work with varying schedules
Skills
Understanding of child development and early learning standards
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in computer use
Effective time-management skills
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Clean background check
CPR/First Aid certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
