Key Responsibilities :
• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Assist students with their learning, providing individual or small group support as needed.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of classroom resources and displays.
• Monitor and support students’ social and emotional development.
• Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and managing resources.
• Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities as required.

Requirements :
• Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
• A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their academic and personal growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
• A relevant qualification, such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Diploma, is desirable.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
