Duties:
– Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment where young children can learn, play, and grow.
– Utilize a growth mindset to inspire a love of learning in each child.
– Implement our specialized L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailored to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
– Foster a safe and nurturing space that encourages children’s development through play and educational activities.
– Regularly communicate children’s progress and milestones with parents using our mobile app.
Experience:
– 45 DCF hours
– High School Diploma/GED required; College coursework in Early Childhood Education is highly valued.
– Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
– CPR and First Aid Certification are advantageous.
– Adherence to state-specific guidelines for the role is mandatory.
