We are looking for certified adjunct instructors to lead our course as part of our Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding students through challenging certification exam concepts while enhancing their skills in medical terminology, pathophysiology, coding, billing, and other healthcare business areas. Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the online curriculum through the Blackboard platform for both core and specialty credentials.
Conduct weekly office hours to support student needs.
Monitor and assess student participation, attendance, and completion of assignments and assessments.
Record and track student attendance.
Respond to student queries with relevant and timely feedback.
Adhere to all VILT Instructor policies and procedures.
Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare business.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (online experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
