### Key Responsibilities
• Deliver individualized support and instruction tailored to the unique needs of students with special education requirements in a virtual environment.
• Create and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) for each student.
• Foster regular communication with students, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and provide effective support.
• Efficiently manage and organize a virtual caseload, ensuring that all students receive the necessary attention and resources.
### Requirements
• Possession of a valid Washington state teaching certification in special education.
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting with a specialization in special education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a virtual classroom.
