Duties
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum
– Utilize various teaching methods to ensure student understanding
– Provide individualized support to students through tutoring and extra help sessions
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
– Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
– Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
– Proven experience working with middle and high school students
– Strong knowledge of subjects such as Geometry, Higher Education Teaching, and Laboratory work
– Ability to calculate student grades accurately and provide constructive feedback
– Proficiency in curriculum development, research, and lesson planning
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
