The successful candidate will be an experienced, passionate and driven language educator with the ability to provide engaging and diverse lessons to our team.We are seeking an individual with a strong background in teaching Korean language… and culture in a professional setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as linguistics, education or language studies, or a Master’s Degree in Korean Language. In addition, the Korean Language Instructor should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in teaching in a variety of formats, such as classroom, online or one-on-one settings. They should also be highly organized and be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Above all, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about language learning and has a commitment to developing and inspiring our team. Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and diverse language lessons to team members in a professional setting.
Utilize a variety of teaching formats, such as classroom, online or one-on-one settings.
Uphold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Inspire team members and foster a passion for language learning.
Monitor and assess the progress of team members.
Develop and implement lesson plans that are tailored to the specific needs of the team.
Maintain records and provide feedback on student performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Korean language and culture.
