About the Role…
As an Online Korean Language Instructor, you will teach students aged 12 to 18, who are taking Korean to meet their World Language requirements. Our curriculum, aligned with ACTFL standards, focuses on real-world communication and project-based learning rather than traditional textbooks. You’ll have the flexibility to create and use your own teaching materials, supported by our Resource Library.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct one-on-one online lessons using Microsoft Teams.
Assign and provide feedback on homework and projects.
Monitor and track student progress and grades.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Show genuine respect and support for all students.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2+ years of experience teaching Korean, either online or in a classroom setting.
Native-like proficiency in Korean.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.
Availability for evening hours in US time zones (PST) is preferred.

Compensation: Hourly rates based on teaching experience and education.
