Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized educational plans tailored to the unique needs of students, including those with diverse learning requirements.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators and educational professionals to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to promote academic development.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with parents and guardians, delivering frequent updates on student performance.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the creation of customized educational strategies.
Qualifications and Background:
• Possession of a valid Idaho State License as a Special Education Teacher is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, with the ability to cater to students with diverse needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and a student-centered approach.
