Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)
We are working with a school district in Minnesota who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct online assessments and track student achievements
Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and specialized professionals
Provide customized instruction via virtual platforms
Keep accurate and up-to-date educational records
Participate in online team meetings and ongoing skill enhancement
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Active state licensure in Special Education (required)
Expertise in digital teaching technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity in developing engaging online learning experiences
