Position Overview: We are seeking an adaptable 5th Grade Teacher to deliver engaging lessons both in-person and online, ensuring all students… receive quality education aligned with state standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for both in-person and remote learning environments, following 5th-grade curriculum and standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom community, both in-person and virtually.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies for in-person and online settings.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Colorado Teaching License appropriate for 5th grade.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering instruction through both in-person and virtual platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
