Key Responsibilities
Instruction Delivery: Teach ASP.NET C# classes to diverse groups of students, utilizing both physical and remote classroom settings.
Engagement: Apply adult learning principles to create an interactive and engaging learning environment.
Content Relevance: Ensure that all instructional materials are up-to-date and aligned with current industry standards and practices.
Student Interaction: Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere by interacting professionally and effectively with students.
Required Skills
Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in the field.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; teaching experience is a plus but not required.
Learning Principles: Familiarity with adult learning principles and practices.
Service Orientation: A commitment to quality and a learner-focused approach in all aspects of content delivery.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
