The successful candidate will take on an active role in the Curriculum and Assessment team building and improving a variety of types of assessment within the VIPKid curriculum ecosystem. Contributing to high-level Curriculum and Assessment design discussions, using psychometric expertise to drive product design. Designing methodology for and facilitating the implementation of pilot studies and… field testing. Writing and reviewing technical reports and memos that provide data-driven recommendations on items and tests. Writing test plans and blueprints. Designing test and item specifications for assessments. Providing guidance on the use of novel assessment techniques like technology-enhanced items implementation or cognitive diagnostic models. Writing and reviewing test items.
