Position Highlights
Conduct weekly classes in digital art, drawing, painting, and mixed media for adults, kids, and teens.
Track project outcomes and document student successes and artwork.
Establish efficient art studio management systems to ensure smooth class operations.
Oversee art supply ordering, organization, and inventory management to stay within budget.
Maintain the digital lab with up-to-date software, hardware, and educational tools.
Monitor and report expenses related to wages and art supplies.
Share key metrics on student retention, attendance, makeup classes, and satisfaction.
Meet with prospective students and their families to ensure satisfaction and enrollment.
Develop strategies to enhance student retention.
Build one-on-one relationships with students and their parents.
Assist in creating and implementing local marketing strategies, including events, partnerships, outreach, and awareness initiatives.
Develop strategies to improve the overall student experience and resolve any issues.
Identify and collaborate with local organizations to exhibit student artwork and promote our brand.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience teaching art classes for kids, teens, or adults.
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art or Art Education from an accredited four-year college or university.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to network, collaborate, and build relationships with clients, partners, staff, and remote colleagues.
