What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Deliver high-quality online instruction and mentoring to graduate-level students
– Facilitate dissertation and doctoral capstone processes, guiding learners to timely completion
– Collaborate on curriculum development and continuous improvement of course materials
– Actively participate in school governance and contribute to faculty committees
– Engage in professional service and community outreach to enhance the university’s reputation
What is Required (Qualifications):
– An earned doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited program
– Current active license/certification in mental health counseling
– Minimum of three years of teaching experience in an online setting
– Experience mentoring doctoral students and writing curriculum
– Strong understanding of key concepts in counseling and counselor education

– Experience presenting at professional conferences
