Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of training strategies that support our mission to assist students with their academic needs.
Conduct training needs analyses and design customized training programs to meet the unique needs of our team and clients.
Create, update, and maintain training materials focused on essay writing, research methodologies, and digital tools.
Manage and update our knowledge base to ensure accurate, relevant, and accessible information.
Proofread and enhance educational content, documentation, and articles to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
Serve as a technical writer when necessary, ensuring that all content is well-structured and user-friendly.
Adapt and personalize third-party training materials to align with IHatessays’ standards and client expectations.
Deliver impactful training sessions through various channels, including classroom settings, online platforms, webinars, and informal coaching.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs and the performance of participants.
Encourage continuous professional development within the team to ensure they remain at the forefront of academic support.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities, with a focus on academic content.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all training materials.
Knowledge of information architecture, instructional design, and digital education tools.
Ability to simplify complex technical material for easy understanding by our team and clients.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, website design, and digital content creation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
Passion for education, technology, and helping students achieve academic success.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
Any certification in Education, Training, or a related field is a plus.
Fluent in English; proficiency in any additional language is an asset.
