Role Overview…
As a Substitute Teacher, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver engaging lessons and ensure a smooth and productive learning environment. Your role is crucial in upholding the quality of education and providing consistency for our students. Whether you’re assisting with in-person classes or supporting remote teaching, you’ll play a key part in our students’ academic journey.
What You’ll Do
Follow and implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
Manage classroom activities and student behavior with professionalism.
Support remote teaching efforts as needed to ensure seamless instruction.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to address any immediate needs or concerns.
What We’re Looking For
At least two years of college coursework (60 semester credit hours).
Classroom experience or experience working with children in a structured setting.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology.
A satisfactory background check, including references and fingerprinting clearance.
