Preferred Experience for Elementary Tutors:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
• Minimum one year of experience teaching elementary reading, phonics, and literacy OR math.
• Familiarity with learning disabilities (Dyslexia/Dyscalculia) is highly desirable.
• Have afternoon or evening availability weekly.
• Applicants living in Bentonville, Rogers, and bordering communities are given preference.
• ** This is a job located in the Northwest Arkansas area. Applicants must live in the Northwest Arkansas area. This is not a virtual-only tutoring position! ***

What do we look for in a tutor?
• Minimum 1-year teaching/tutoring/education-related experience required
• Experience teaching/tutoring within your area of expertise
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to tutor within the Northwest Arkansas Area
• Reliable transportation
