Tutoring is a national in-home tutoring company that has been a trusted leader in education for over 27 years! We work with each student one-on-one, utilizing the student’s… classroom curriculum and offering study skills and test prep programs.

This is a part-time position ($29-$33 per hour to start), working one-on-one with students in the greater Rockville, Bethesda, Takoma Park, or Silver Spring, MD areas! Club Z! Tutors : We are seeking tutors for placement to support our students in K-12 subject areas, including Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and English Language Arts (reading, writing, grammar, spelling) subjects, as well as executive functioning and study skills! This is for private tutoring located in Montgomery County, MD.
Applicants must live in the Greater Rockville, Bethesda, Takoma Park, or Silver Spring, MD areas. This is not a virtual-only tutoring position! Tutors will meet one-on-one with students in the students’ homes, at a public location, or virtually.
We match tutors with students based on their needs and your qualifications, and we guarantee our clients a perfect tutor match.
Tutors utilize MCPS or private school curriculum and other support materials to work with students, improving their grades and academic confidence.
Most tutoring sessions occur after school hours and / or on weekends. PLEASE NOTE : This role is for in-person tutoring in the student’s home.

College degree and / or Certification. Academic background in the subject areas you wish to tutor. Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
MCPS teaching experience is highly valued. Reliable transportation. Club Z! Tutor Responsibilities Include : Taking the time to learn and understand your student’s personality, learning style, and academic challenges.
Developing a learning plan to best accomplish specified academic goals and objectives. Effectively communicate with student parents / caregivers and Club Z! program staff on the student’s progress.
