Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver captivating history lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Tailor your teaching to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of your students.
Foster a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and supports academic growth.
Regularly assess and track student progress through observations, assessments, and evaluations.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student development and academic progress.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create interdisciplinary learning experiences and enhance the educational journey for students.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification or licensure for middle school education.
Endorsement in History/Social Studies.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for inspiring and motivating students to excel academically.
