I have an immediate need for an in-home adult conversational Finnish tutor in Washington DC in the Brightwood neighborhood next to the Fort Stevens Recreation Center. The student is an older woman looking to learn the Finnish language.
The student wants to work with a tutor to learn the Finnish language. She has no experience or knowledge of it yet, so she will be starting from the beginning and working her way up from there.
The student’s goal is to build a foundation and base of understanding in the Finnish language.
The student wants 1 hour sessions 2 times a week, any day of the week Monday through Sunday, and anytime from 11am-10pm.
Job Requirements
• Tutor must be willing to work in-person, face to face at the student’s home in Washington DC in the Brightwood neighborhood next to the Fort Stevens Recreation Center.
• Tutor must be fluent in both Finnish & English.
• Tutor must be available for 1 hour sessions 2 times a week, any day of the week Monday through Sunday, and anytime from 11am-10pm.
• Minimal travel required to meet with student (you decide the distance you are willing to travel, typically 5-10 miles)
• Due to insurance requirements applicants must not be a minor.
Student Availability
MON-SUN 11am-10pm
