The Tutoring Company (TTC) is seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our team of tutors in the Daytona, FL area. We provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to K-12 students in various subjects, and we’re looking for individuals who share our commitment to student success.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective one-on-one tutoring sessions to K-12 students.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized learning plans.
• Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate: This is a MUST to be considered for this role.
• Bachelor’s Degree: In Education or a related field.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with students and effectively communicate complex concepts.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Proficiency in one or more of the following subjects:
• Math (up to Pre-Calculus)
• Science (all disciplines)
• Language Arts
• Test Prep (SAT, ACT, etc.)
