We are searching for a Math Teacher for our Private School, Grades 6-12. We are looking for someone that is experienced in High School Math, and is willing to teach in a classroom setting. The Math Teacher’s responsibilities include developing interesting lesson plans and curricula, collaborating with other teachers, completing student assessments, and addressing any performance issues.

Duties:
– Create and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of high school students.

– Collaborate with colleagues and school administration on education administration tasks to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
– Employ instructional design principles to develop engaging educational materials that promote student comprehension and retention.
– Participate in curriculum development initiatives to align teaching strategies with educational standards and student needs.
Skills:
– Proficiency in teaching students with varying academic abilities.
– Familiarity with learning technology tools to enhance teaching effectiveness.
– Strong knowledge of Mathematics
– Experience in education administration tasks such as student assessment and progress tracking.
– Ability to educate and inspire high school students towards academic excellence.
– Understanding of instructional design principles for effective teaching methodologies.
– Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development for high school-level courses.
– Previous experience in higher education teaching is a plus.

Math Teacher Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Math or a related discipline.
PA Certified Math Teacher is preferred
A completed apprenticeship or teaching experience.
Practical experience with MS Office, Google Classroom, and other software.
The ability to answer sensitive questions and create an environment where everyone’s opinions are respected.
A passion for math and a commitment to continuing education.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Develop and implement instructional design plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Other Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, flexible disposition.
Willing to teach Math in a Classroom Setting
