Now,we are looking for experienced educators to join our ACCP Programme. The ACCP (Advanced College Credit Program) partners with Marquette University to implement the Explorer-ACCP Program. Explorer-ACCP offers Marquette University courses to advanced high school students and first-year college students around the globe, allowing them to earn up to one year of college credit in their home country before carrying the credits over to their future university. The Explorer-ACCP program fully prepares students to enter college and gives them a head start on their education.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver a daily lesson plan
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
• Provide a variety of learning materials for use in educational activities
• Observe and evaluate student performance and development
• Assign and grade class work, assignments, and tests
• Maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress and development
Job Qualifications
• Master or above degree in the major of Accounting
• Previous teaching experience in a high school setting
• Previous teaching experience in Accounting (Desirable)
• Be able to teach US high school/ACCP college level Accounting courses
• Familiar with the Accounting test format and test sites
• Certification or licensure in Accounting and teachers
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solver
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task
• High energy level
• Reliability and Flexibility
Preferred Job Qualifications
• Preferred teaching time is 7 am – 11:30 am EST or 8 pm -11:30 pm EST (2 – 2.5 hours per session), as most of our classes will be scheduled during these times (Essential)
• Experience working with ESL or international students
• Experience teaching online
• Experience teaching AP courses

Ready Global Academy: The Ready Global Academy (RGA) allows international high school students around the world to take courses through Bishop Ready High School (Columbus, OH) and earn credit for U.S. high school courses.
