We are seeking five dedicated Paraprofessionals to support middle school students in a center-based classroom setting, with 8-12 students. Paraprofessionals will assist in daily classroom activities, provide one-on-one support to students, and work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to students with academic, social, and emotional needs
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
• Support students with staying on task and managing behaviors
• Collaborate with educators and staff to meet individual student goals
Special Requirements:
• Must have passed the ParaPro Test or hold a Paraprofessional Certification
• Experience working with middle school students is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
