Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Writing Tutor and Grader to join our team. In this role, you will grade middle school students’ writing assignments, provide helpful feedback, offer tutoring as needed, and support students as they navigate their online Language Arts class, ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grade all writing assignments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Attend weekly online tutoring sessions and provide one-on-one help as needed.
• Help create grading rubrics as needed.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or grading is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with different writing styles and formats, such as academic essays, creative writing, or technical writing.
• Higher education in writing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy to work with students at different skill levels.
• Reliable internet connection.
